21Each provides informational guidance for badminton players — racket and string matching, shuttle education, academy listings, tournament calendars, and related editorial content. We are not an online store. We do not sell rackets, strings, or shuttles on this site, and we do not process checkout for those products.

Recommendations, specs, prices shown as approximate, tournament dates, and academy listings are for convenience. They can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always confirm with manufacturers, retailers, coaches, associations, or organisers before you buy, travel, enter an event, or join an academy. See also Sources & discretion.

"Check price" and similar links may open Amazon, Flipkart, or other third-party sites (often as a search, not a guaranteed product page). Stock, price, delivery, and returns are controlled by those retailers. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave 21Each. We are not responsible for third-party sites or purchases you make there.

Tournament listings are a curated convenience calendar. We do not organise, sanction, or control events. Dates, venues, fees, and BAI ID rules can change. Academy listings and ratings come from Google Places; we do not independently audit coaching or facilities.

Do not misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt services, scrape in a way that harms availability, bypass admin security, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.

21Each branding, site design, and original editorial content are owned by us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, racket models, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. You may not copy substantial site content for commercial reuse without permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Matching tools are rule-based helpers, not professional coaching or medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21Each and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any content — including purchases, tournament attendance, or academy choices. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to INR 1,000 or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is higher.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
