Privacy Policy

First-party analytics. We record product events such as page views, finder steps, recommendation interactions, buy-link clicks, and client errors. Events are tied to a random session ID stored in your browser (localStorage), plus path, optional referrer, and small event properties (for example a CTA id). We do not ask for your name, email, or phone for these events.

Browser storage on your device. Browsing history and compare selections are kept in your browser so the site can show recent rackets and your compare list. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.

Academies / Google Places. When we refresh academy listings, our servers call Google Places to fetch names, ratings, review counts, addresses, and map links for supported cities. That data is stored in our database so we are not calling Places on every page view. We do not independently verify coaching quality.

Admin accounts. Separate from the public site, administrators sign in with credentials we manage. Admin activity is not part of the public analytics described above.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels or sell analytics to advertisers. We do not operate a public login for shoppers. We do not intentionally collect payment card data — purchases happen on retailer sites (for example Amazon or Flipkart) after you leave 21Each.

• Understand which pages and tools people use so we can improve matching and content.
• Diagnose errors and broken flows.
• Show academies near major cities using Places data we cache.
• Remember your compare list and browsing history on the device you are using.

Analytics events are stored on infrastructure we operate (currently hosted on Microsoft Azure). Academy listings depend on Google Places. When you click a buy or price link, you leave 21Each and the retailer's own privacy policy applies. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Analytics events are kept for product monitoring and reporting. We aim to retain event logs for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for security or legal reasons. Cached academy listings are refreshed on a multi-week schedule. Device-local history and compare data remain until you clear them.

You can clear cookies and site data for 21Each in your browser to reset the analytics session ID, browsing history, and compare list. You can stop using the site at any time. For questions or requests about data we hold on our servers, email 21each@bluestack.in.

The site is aimed at adults and parents researching badminton gear. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing. Finder flows may ask about age groups for racket matching only as preferences you enter on the device.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
